Method & Terms
Land will be sold on a price per acre basis based on the above indicated acres which were acquired from a recently completed survey. All tracts will be offered through the marketing method of "Buyer's Choice", whereas the high bidder can elect any tract or tracts for their high bid (& in any order). Bidding will continue until all tracts have been purchased. 10% of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale with the balance due on or before May 6, 2013. Full possession will be given at the time of closing (including farming rights for the '13 crop year!). Title insurance will be issued in the full amount of the purchase price. The 2013 real estate tax will be paid by the new buyer(s).
