METHOD & TERMS
Bidding will be on a price per acre basis based on a recently completed survey. Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale with the balance to be due on or before October 21, 2013. Full possession will be given at the time of closing. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. The 2013 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
