The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing which will take place on or before December 7th, 2026.

The seller will provide title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price and will pay the 2026 real estate taxes, due and payable in 2027, through credit at closing, said credit to be based on the most recent ascertainable tax year.
